shipping took a long time and you couldn’t put in custom measurements which is odd because of how much you’re paying and the whole idea of the shop is that you can get a dress for EVERYONE in the same color and fabric.

made-to-order doesn’t really help the environment if the details provided are too sparse to accurately choose a size when placing an order. the designs are gorgeous! but for the price and the unkept promise of minimizing waste, i was unfortunately disappointed

Don’t waste your time buying from this site. Their dresses are not worth the money and their return policy is extremely onerous to the point that it’s not possible to make a return. They said they will send you a shipping label, but it’s no where to be found. Not even a return address. The customer service is literally non-existent — I have tried to contact them for the past month and still no response. Avoid at all costs.
