Very disappointed with the lack of customer service, extended amount of time spent waiting to return a dress that did not fit (still trying to return it). Don't advertise that you make custom dresses. I need a dress that I can customize measurements, which yours cannot do. Extremely disappointed. Would not be supporting this company if I didn't have to. After waiting weeks to try and return a dress, you couldn't even reach out to let me know your website was back up and running to process returns.

As I said in my product review: I was given an initial delivery timing range of 12/25-01/01, and the tracking shows that a label was created on 12/14. However, the shipment has not progressed since then (almost a month ago) and customer service has not provided me with any explanations or updates, even though I have reached out multiple times. The dress I ordered is for my wedding reception and it's unclear if it will ever arrive and I'm unsure if I need to find a new dress. The lack of information from customer service is disappointing and I cannot recommend ordering from Fame & Partners for an important event.

Sizing for 4'11 is completely off. It was too long in length and the arms. In addition, the slit was not cut as the photos show. Since it was custom, I am losing a large amount of money to return it.

Turnaround time is terribly slow
