I am delighted with the shoes (Bounty T-strap sandals). Quality is excellent; packaging it lovely. Design is one of a kind! The exchange process had me a bit concerned, as I didn't hear anything for over a week after I mailed back shoes that didn't fit and requested a size up. Communication was poor during that time and I had to reach out more than once to get clarity about the exchange process. All in all, it took about a month to get my new pair of shoes after initiating the exchange process. I wouldn't have a problem with that if I had been kept in clear communication. If you're not in a hurry--it's still worth it. The shoes are beautiful.

I absolutely HATE getting a barrage of emails from a retail company after I've just made a purchase! Makes me want to never buy from them again. Think about it--I just bought a pair of shoes--why would you think I suddenly want to buy five more pairs? You should wait 2 months after a new customer makes a purchase--enough time for them to enjoy the shoes and notice that maybe they need to replace another pair. THEN send them an email reminding them about your company.

I absolutely love these shoes. Awesome craftsmanship! They are well made and comfortable. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the color is definitely more of a blush. I’m a bridesmaid and wearing a sage green dress, so you can definitely see the pinkish hue. Thankfully my dress is very long and all the bridesmaids are just wearing neutral shoes so I’m going to make them work.

The materials and construction are first rate. They are beautiful and comfortable. Only drawback was long wait time in receiving the shoes. I would definitely purchase from this company again.
