The product itself was pretty good, just took a very long time to ship after label was created, longer than shipping estimates on their website. Customer service could do better, you have a good product, you should have good service to match.

Shipping just took forever

I would never purchase from here again. I waited 3 weeks for my purchase (over $100) and received the wrong size. Like completely wrong, not even close to what I ordered. Then they sent my correct shipment and I had to wait ANOTHER 3 WEEKS! Absolutely ridiculous. It seems they are ordering directly from China (we all know how long shipping takes) and sending to customer.

Offers great products but the shipping time is terrible, if I pay for 2 day shipping service I shouldn’t have to wait 9-10 days for you to even ship it that’s pointless in paying for 2 day shipping
