No refunds

Poor customer service, no returns allowed however if you want a replacement no details. Several emails have gone unanswered.

Associates are very snarky and rude. They do not put customers first. They lie about shipping and timeframes. And the worse part is they are selling fake shoes. They’re not the real boots. I do not recommend.
