The colors of the dress were not as vibrant and the fit not as I expected. Will return once I receive the return label.

They specifically asked my height and stated the dress would be cut to fit. It came in a full 7 inches too long. If I have it hemmed all the detail will be lost. There is no way they took my height into account. I contacted customer service and for days they have said they are looking into an exchange but haven’t heard back from warehouse. I’m going to return the dress and hope the refund is processed quickly.

Prettt but truly astonished at the feel of the fabric for the price. It looks was see through and oddly built at the neckline. I wanted to love it so bad I was devastated. It felt so cheap ans I know it wasn’t. But the design and fabric were truly a bit disappointing

I love the dress, but I hate that I couldn’t exchange it for a smaller size. There was no indication on the order that it was considered a final sale. If a sale code is offered, that means anything bought “on sale” can’t be returned or exchanged. That’s unfair and an unsavory way to do business.

I purchased the custom length Jant Pants from the online store for my height. The pants arrived with a strong terrible mildew odor and the back seam is bumpy where the fabric is joined together. Custom orders cannot be returned. Very disappointed.
