Your support team really let you down. I have spent thousands of dollars with your brand and tell everyone I know to shop there. I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward. Which is very sad.

the return process is the worst i have every encountered. It took over two days after my return request - and your acknowledgement of receiving and approving the return - to get a shipping label. My daughter is having the same issue - she has waited almost 3 days!!!!

I was not able to get any help with resolving the problem with my order.
