Disappointed misrepresentations of what you actually get for your$

The pants I ordered did not fit well too big so I exchanged for a dress to avoid the return charges. The dress also didn’t fit at all and when I tried to return it was not eligible for return or exchange since my original order was past the return window. This was never explained when the exchange option was offered or I would have just returned the first order and never ordered again.

Sadly this dress did not live up to expectations. The form was just so unstructured with no faltering draping and the fabric quality and seems were super poor
