Things have been great until now.
Hi, I’ve written inside of the “conversations” tab, hoping someone might clarify some issues I had with my last two orders. Nothing resolved or even contacted. The last few times, my packages had gotten mixed up in the local post office, which added another 3-4 days to shipping, to which USPS told me, if it happens more than once with the same shipper, it’s probably not their fault. Again, I’m confused and hoping for some customer service, but at this point, I’m afraid that’s non-existent. Until then, here’s my current rating, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
