The last 2 eights I’ve bought were almost a gram short. It’s fire bud but I’d like to get what I paid for

Quality of the products is a 100/5 for sure. Amazing. but customer service is complete shit. I’ve been shorted about 3 grams on an ounce on 2 different occasions and reached out only to receive no response.

If they moved faster and got products moving out the door more quickly I would be happier. I’m within a four hour drive from my house to the distribution center yet it takes a solid week to reach me via usps. From my perspective the slowdown is in distribution and not usps. Four days to finally see movement is a long wait when your meds are in transit. Love the products, hate the wait.

Hi, I’ve written inside of the “conversations” tab, hoping someone might clarify some issues I had with my last two orders. Nothing resolved or even contacted. The last few times, my packages had gotten mixed up in the local post office, which added another 3-4 days to shipping, to which USPS told me, if it happens more than once with the same shipper, it’s probably not their fault. Again, I’m confused and hoping for some customer service, but at this point, I’m afraid that’s non-existent. Until then, here’s my current rating, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
