Hi, I’ve written inside of the “conversations” tab, hoping someone might clarify some issues I had with my last two orders. Nothing resolved or even contacted. The last few times, my packages had gotten mixed up in the local post office, which added another 3-4 days to shipping, to which USPS told me, if it happens more than once with the same shipper, it’s probably not their fault. Again, I’m confused and hoping for some customer service, but at this point, I’m afraid that’s non-existent. Until then, here’s my current rating, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Coupon never works

My review First time ordering from Creme. The flower I see looks great haven't ordered any yet but figured I'd try 1g Baby Shit Diesel, this is my first order with them. When I saw the name I had to jump on it. I had some Baby Poop strain weed few years back that smelled just like the title says for this one and it was fire! But what I got was nothing like that. The smell is very very muted on this and the only thing you can smell is a slight Dank weed smell in the background but no Baby Poop Diesel at all :( No hate whatsover for Creme I'll probably still try few more things more but the flavor on this is just terrible. It mostly taste like nothing would but it also leaves a slight bitter aftertaste in your mouth after you dab it. Using the Coil King AIO Coil on a Box Mod at 19.5w I get excellent flavor and cloud production from other THCa/CBD concetrates on this coil. Not hating, I have high hopes for their flower might even try some other rosin too but this was kinda disappointing.

It says if you place your order before 2:00 it will be shipped on the same day and that's never happened. It's always taken at least 4 DAYS each time. I was told they would send me out a free pre roll on sep 12th. Still haven't received that.. while the flower is good being inconsistent on shipping isn't. This just might be the last review/purchase. It's also very highly priced compared to other thca especially, with no active discount codes available since GAS.

I would give it a one-star, but at least I received my order two and a half weeks later. Plus, I never received the free blunt I was offered.
