Terrible communication with customers

Got 2 oz of the ice cream cake and definitely had mold in it I can send pictures later this evening when I get home

Where are my promotional items ? Tried emailing them and the contacts. It's like you get what you get. No one cares. I used to order weekly but they don't care about their loyal customers.

I have yet to receive my promotional items 3 times. I stopped ordering weekly when I realized that no one there cares about their customers.

Last order was incomplete. Missing the tincture. Very hard to get a hold of someone and it took three weeks to ship. Never received my missing item. Terrible business practices.
