Ordered this in time for it to be here by Halloween. Didn’t hear a shipping update so I went to check, a couple days before Halloween. They canceled my order and I never knew. Still don’t know why. So we weren’t able to be sonic no where would’ve gotten in here in time. So no I wouldnt recommend this site

I ordered my costume on October 1st. With the 7-10 day processing time, I assumed my costume would arrive in plenty of time, even with shipping. Well, on the 20th, I had not received any updates or notifications regarding my order so I reached out to customer service and found out that my order was still processing but would ship on the 30th. How does that work for Halloween? I will never order from this company again.

Do not use this company. Sent the order to an unknown address. I ordered on a Sunday night. Emailed to ask how this odd address was used and was told no changes could be made to the shipping address. They stated it was already processed. 3 hours later I received an email that it shipped. Terrible customer service. Do not use this company. They take your money, but you do not receive your order. Fraudsters!!!!
