Poor quality hat does not sit upright just flops over and loose strings all over costume

Terrible!!!!!!! I will never purchase again!!! I never received my costume! Ordered on Oct. 7…… buyers beware!

I’m shocked I was asked to review after I canceled my order. I placed my order well in advance of Halloween. I think it was on October 11 so my order should’ve been delivered by the 19th. It never shipped, it never processed. I was not given any sort of an update. I followed up with the company and they told me that they could not tell me when it would ship or if it would ship at all because they were having shipping issues. At the same time, their website was still promoting in time for Halloween delivery shipping. I asked if I could pay for upgraded shipping to ensure I ended up getting the costume on time, and they told me because of their shipping problems. They were not able to offer overnight or two day shipping. Again, they were still advertising overnight and two day shipping on their website Overall I just think it’s a very dishonest company. Save yourself the time and don’t buy from them.
