It arrived too late

Website said arrival before Halloween. When that didn’t happen I bought a mask from a competitor that I modified. Item arrived over a week after estimated delivery. Then I learned I couldn’t return it. I won’t use or recommend costumes.com and will stick with what I’ve used in the past.

Bad customer service, no refund for 2 weeks even thought they made the mistake. I’m paying for their mistakes.

Costumes.com sent us the wrong costume twice and then refunded us the day before Halloween, ruining our costume plans.

It was a bad experience for me.
