Horrible customer service. My daughters costume arrived after Halloween, and they refused to allow me to return it. It is still in its original packaging, including the unopened bag it was shipped in. I have shared with my online mom groups and warned them to use caution when purchasing from the site.

Shipping sucks like the review I input earlier. If I have known it was delivered via DHL to USPS then to my address I would’ve never ordered it. I wouldn’t even mind it if I have gotten the costume the day of Halloween as he can still wear that night but it came a day late and he never got the chance to wear it for Halloween. I will not be ordering online again from your company.
