Hat does not keep me cool

I wore the hat in Miami and it did not keep me cool. My head was sweating. I am not sure if this is because of the black lining. The hat is well made.

Poor customer service

The order was supposedly shipped complete. It was not. Sen provided great customer service if the issue had been resolved with a week. However, it has been a week with no update on when the rest of my order will ship. It is unfortunate because my boyfriend really liked the shirt he did receive.

Disappointed

Returned original order for 2 items. Wrong size. Replacement order arrived with one one of 2 items and it was incorrect size. Packaging with holes. Order arrived last night and customer service contacted but this arrived before they responded. (On initial order CS was excellent in arranging replacements)

Not impressed

I bought these gloves because the were supposed to be warm. Unfortunately my experience doesn’t bare that out. My $10 gloves work just as well.

Haven’t received it yet…

UPS email updates said it would arrive on Monday, then rescheduled to Tuesday, and now rescheduled to Friday; but no location updates, so not getting my hopes up it will arrive Friday either. I paid for 3-4 day shipping and now we’re looking at about two weeks or more. Pretty bad customer service experience so far.
