Was expecting more ! The jacket is not as warm as it is claimed to be the fabric is very noisy. The gloves are also not warm had to revert back to my wool gloves. I live in Minnesota and needs very warm jacket . I am very disappointed in this purchase.

I have yet to receive the product which was ordered 2 weeks ago as a gift. You’re asking for a review for something you messaged me to tell me may be arriving tomorrow. Bad business

Ordered and XL and paid for expedited shipping so I’d have it for a trip and got an XS sent instead. Pretty disappointing.

I bought the WarmLife vest size M and it’s too small. I need to exchange it. I’ve sent two emails to Customer Service but haven’t heard what the next step is.
