Best yet in "cool" pajamas
I've tried everything because my legs muscles often get very hot at night after PT sessions. Not night sweats, just hot legs. I've spent a small fortune on a variety of pajamas which claim to be "cool": bamboo, tencel, eucalyptus tencel, etc. Expensive, a pain to wash since they need to be dried flat. And they stretch out after 6 to 9 months. This for a top which cost $100.
I've worn this LifeLabs pajama set for a week and washed it once. This is the only set of long pajamas I've tried which don't get hot. They are easy to wash and hang to dry. They dry quickly unlike the others. It does not seem that the fabric will stretch out like the others, but only time will tell. AND while they were not cheap, they weren't as expensive as the other "cool" pajamas.
These help with my particular "hot" sleep problem. Don't know how they would work for people who complain of night sweats.
