Hi, I'm very happy with the Megawarm coat so far. I sent a previous review suggesting that you correct your import forms to reduce taxes - I paid $182 CAD on my jacket and it was based on the suggested retail price, not on the price I actually paid. For international buyers it's a shock - I suggest you point out that clothing has a 16% custom duty on top of the HST/GST. Otherwise I love what you are doing and will keep track of your upcoming products.

Terrible product

Please improve your packaging. The $400 jacket was stuffed into a box and shipped.
