I love this coat. I bought it during the end of season sale thinking I would put it away until next season, but it arrived just in time to help me cope with a late season super cold front. I didn’t have to wear as many layers as I have been with my old coat, the hood fit well over my beanie, the pockets are handy, and the length on my short frame was better than expected. I look a little ridiculous (it’s so puffy!) but the warmth is worth it.

LifeLabs customer service is stellar. I had to make some exchanges, and the process was intuitive and prompt. Shipping has been prompt as well. An excellent company with a great business model from whom I hope to make many purchases over the years.
