The jacket is lightweight and the fabric is comfortable. It’s great for traveling.

I got coat and gloves. Items arrived promptly and in good condition. It’s currently too warm outside for me to test how well the heat reflection works for me. I had to interact with customer service at the company… they were stellar; responded quickly and resolved the situation much to my pleasure.

I got the MegaWarm jacket and it's super high quality, and VERY warm. I live in Seattle, and it honestly might be too warm for most of the year here, but it will come in super handy for the few days each year it dips into the low 30s or below. And it's absolutely perfect for our regular visits to family and friends in Boston and NY during the winter months. I'm 5'2" and 100 lbs, so it's a bit bulky on me, but that's sort of how warm coats generally are. I do have to say that the warmth to bulk ratio of this particular coat is ridiculous. Also, I loved how the item arrived with zero plastic packaging. The only other thing that LifeLabs could do better is offer more clothes in women's XS sizes! I would love a WarmLife jacket but they don't come in my size!
