I recently received a dress I ordered, but unfortunately, it arrived with a strong odor and was packaged in a way that made it difficult to figure out how to wear it. I never had the chance to try it on before noticing tears in the fabric. I've been trying to initiate a return, but I am no longer receiving any responses from the company.

They sent me the wrong dress - and wouldn’t fix their issue by sending me the correct dress so I had nothing to wear in time for my baby shower. Really sucks
