Item was not as shown online and I am not being refunded for my return, only given a credit for a site I no longer trust. Doesn’t seem like good business to me.

No response to return request.

The dress looked so bad in person and the company won’t let me return it. Website is very misleading and says you can return.

I am trying to send the jeans back to exchange for a different pair but no one is responding. Please advise

Very bad experience Ask to return a dress got an email saying I can get store credit or size exchange only And a second email telling me to follow link to start process to return and suddenly after the process it says dress is not accepted for returns Very confusing Too many steps to arrive no where
