I originally sent an email to this company prior to purchase with no answer. Now that I have ordered and received my item, the item itself reeks. . . and I mean REEKS. . . like a Halloween store. It smells like a rubber mask. I would like to email the company but doubt they will even respond based on history. I'm very disappointed, especially for how expensive the item was.

Website is easy to use but return policy is terrible for unworn merchandise due to late arrival.
