Horrible service

Dress was poorly made an extremely short (shorter than listed) I tried to communicate to exchange it but no one replied, poor communication all around.

was sent the wrong item

Sent me the wrong item and will not confirm the exchange for the correct item. I emailed them about exchanging for the correct item and they responded with they will send me a confirmation on exchanging the item in the next day, however, it’s been a week now. The customer service is slow and unresponsive.
