Ordered three, one snagged after one use!!🙁

The products from Buff are spectacular; however, I never received confirmation of my shipment and had to reach out to customer service in order to obtain a tracking number for my shipment. Even when I reached out it took several days to receive it. This tracking number and a confirmation of shipping should have happened when my order was first sent in its way and not require my investigation into it.

Well. . . . Has I mentioned on my Émail reply, I was charge custum fees$$ for the first tine with *Buff :(. . . . It was not expected. But has usual your qualité is Amazing and great looking!! So, I guess I will be checking for good *rabais in my next next purchase. Good day to all :)

The end result is good. The only bad experience is that when I submit the order, the order will not appear in my order immediately and it will take some time to wait. It's usually 2-3 hours. I'm not sure. But it must take longer than amazon.
