Great buffs not so great hats

I sent an email after receiving my product to express my disappointment with the colour inconsistency and I never got a reply.

Ordering, no problem. Delivery a little slow, but acceptable. However, I wanted to return a product, but I had a problem with the return: it would have cost me more in postage than the price of the item. On the site, it is written “Easy return”, it is false! I had to communicate by email (mandatory in English) and had difficulty obtaining a return authorization, but no label, I had to go to the post office and send by regular mail. In addition, I am told that shipping costs (seller to customer) will be deducted from my refund. I have never seen such poor after-sales service! I will never buy from the Buff site again! However, I usually like their products (neck warmers especially), so I will buy them, but elsewhere. Pour la commande, aucun problème. Livraison un peu lente, mais acceptable. Toutefois, j'ai voulu retourner un produit, mais j'ai eu un problème pour le retour : ça m'aurait coûté plus cher en frais de poste que le prix de l'article. Sur le site, c'est écrit « Easy return », c'est faux! Il m'a fallu communiquer par courriel (obligatoirement en anglais) et difficilement obtenir une autorisation de retour, mais pas d'étiquette, je devais me rendre au bureau de poste et envoyer par courrier régulier. En plus, on m'indique que les frais d'expédition (vendeur à client) seront déduits de mon remboursement. Je n'ai jamais vu un aussi piètre service après vente! Je n'achèterai plus jamais sur le site de Buff! Toutefois, j'aime leurs produits habituellement (les cache-cou surtout), alors je les achèterai, mais ailleurs.

The packaging was not good enough for a long journey from Spain to Canada. I’ll still order again!

The order was made on the Canadian website. It was supposed to be sent by FedEx with a 7-9 business day delivery at most. It was in fact sent from Spain, via mail, and then got lost. The North American Buff people were good about it and will refund me. I await the refund, which I am hoping will not take another 2. 5 weeks. I can't say I am thrilled with this process.
