They did not have a lot of my daughters size in store to try on. Had to order dress on line. I was disappointed on the gamble that had to be taken with the return policy. Why not offer money back within 30days if it doesn't fit?

Fitting Room

My daughter was in the first room right in front of the entrance. Her dad was finally able to be there for this experience Prior years he was unable to attend because he was gone with the military. The girl in the fitting room told him he had to leave the room even though he wasn't but on the edge of the entrance. He was mortified and the lady ruiened the experience for him and my daughter.

Winkle and damage

The dress arrives in a plastic bag, not garment bag, wrinkled and with both parts of the back beginning to unthread. Not the quality I was expecting from a $300 dollar dress. I contacted the local Camille La Vie store to ask if they would steam the dress and unfortunately, the sales representative said, they don’t do that. I will request a refund and/or a replacement.

Dress was delivered fairly quickly

Dress was delivered fairly quickly (3 days from order being placed), however the bottom half of the Dress is sewn wrong and I had to take it to a seamstress to have it altered for an additional fee. Questionable quality for the price.

Poor service and shipping

The dress that was ordered for me online while I was at the Great Mall store location and we made sure the shipping information was correct. Despite this, the dress was delivered to the wrong location and I tried contacting customer service but the lady who answered my call said she didn't know what was happening and would call me back later and ended the call. I never received a call back. My next option was to call the store I visited when I ordered the dress. Luckily they were very helpful and willing to contact the other location to figure out what happened to my package. I was notified that the Ontario store was going to ship out the dress to the Milpitas location but I have not gotten any updates or new tracking information. This service is not great. I hope to get my dress after all this because I also had to pay for shipping even though I was picking up at the store.
