I did not receive my dress!!

Can’t return - it doesn’t fit

Terrible customer service. My dress arrived late, and when it finally got here, it still had the security tag attached. I paid extra to have it delivered on time because I needed it for Saturday at 1:00 PM. My husband had to drive to the store in Pembroke Pines at Broward Mall to have the security tag removed. It was a complete disaster. And this isn’t a $20 dress—we’re not talking about a cheap purchase. Overall, my experience was very bad.

I ordered a dress for my daughter, usually her size is 2, but this dress size is running small, I need to exchange for size 4. I try to contact the customer service for exchanging but never got a response. The customer service number is always voicemail. No response by email either.

Terrible! I purchased my dress online and didn’t fit , went to your store in Woodbridge and your staff was unprofessional and not helpful
