I ordered a dress for my daughter, usually her size is 2, but this dress size is running small, I need to exchange for size 4. I try to contact the customer service for exchanging but never got a response. The customer service number is always voicemail. No response by email either.

Terrible! I purchased my dress online and didn’t fit , went to your store in Woodbridge and your staff was unprofessional and not helpful

They make you walk out of the dressing room in front of everyone , very, very uncomfortable

Sad that I can not return the dress
