Poor service and shipping
The dress that was ordered for me online while I was at the Great Mall store location and we made sure the shipping information was correct. Despite this, the dress was delivered to the wrong location and I tried contacting customer service but the lady who answered my call said she didn't know what was happening and would call me back later and ended the call. I never received a call back. My next option was to call the store I visited when I ordered the dress. Luckily they were very helpful and willing to contact the other location to figure out what happened to my package. I was notified that the Ontario store was going to ship out the dress to the Milpitas location but I have not gotten any updates or new tracking information. This service is not great. I hope to get my dress after all this because I also had to pay for shipping even though I was picking up at the store.
