I’ve visited the store and was assisted by Lorella and Leila. I was looking for a simple, everyday bag and Lorella showed me a couple options. I’ve tried on my favourite bag and she even offered to cut the shoulder strap for me as it was too long. Then I wanted to make the bag personalised so Leila showed me the symbols and stamping option, I ended up by going for the blind stamp which turned out really good. Really pleased with the in store experience and will definitely recommend and return in the future.

I love ❤️ my bag, particularly the contrast between the patent and unpolished leather. I prefer to use it as a handbag without the shoulder/crossbody strap.
