The two staff in the shop were friendly and asked me if I needed help. I was happy to browse initially, but on asking for more information, both were extremely helpful without being pushy. I looked at various small satchels and was encouraged to try them on and examine closely. I liked the soft satchel best but as it was enormously expensive, said I would go for a walk and think about it. They were very cool with that, and on my return half an hour later were equally welcoming and helpful. I bought said satchel and I love it, but am still wondering to myself if it justifies the huge expense.
