I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 7/10 at 10:45 pm. When I got an email the following morning announcing a 25% off sale, I immediately called at 8 am to cancel my order so I can place a new order with the lower price. I was told I could not cancel the order but they can adjust the price and refund the difference in price. I was also told l will get an email once refund is processed. When I didn’t get any email after 2 days, I called again and spoke to the same person. He said it takes a few days to process but I will definitely get the refund. A month later, still no email, still no refund. Customer service blatantly lies!!
