Very poor cusotmer service experience

Not good

The company did not deliver my shoes that I paid $365 for and I’m very concerned

please read my previous review. the shoes are fine. the price within a week of my purchase decreased 29% on your website where I bought the shoes. I wrote asking for a refund of the difference. No response from customer service. I could have just as easily returned the shoes and bout the same exact shoes at the lower price, incurring additional shipping costs from BM. Poor customer service. Dissatisfied customer.
