Slow shipping.

I returned your med glasses, to this company over a month ago, and I have still yet to get a refund, even after you said, you received the glasses and processed my refund. I far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life.

I bought the Wakanda Forever glasses back in early November and then receive a email from the company stating my glasses would not be in the packaging promised in the photos on the website when I receive my order. But in the email, I was told the packaging would be mailed to me in early January. This is mid January and I have not received an email from the company as to when I would receive the packaging for my glasses. At this point, I would love a refund. But when you go to their site, the return policy is vague at best. I bragged about this company to my family and friends about the quality of the glasses and that we needed to support black business. While this company will not sway my belief that black businesses can succeed, I find this company does not keep the promises made. These glasses will be my first and last I will ever buy from Bohten. I hope future customers do not have the experience I have had.

My glasses are crooked so they don't sit properly on my face...a little cockeyed.
