I was sent a defective product. One frame handle was bowed significantly more than the opposite frame handle. I was told to return the item for replacement and a month later I am still waiting for the replacement. The Bohten customer service have been awefully pathetic as well.

First let me just say thatI love your eye glasses. I bought two pair and the second pair is being replaced. I have contacted support via this website and emailed numerous times on the status of the repaired frames. An update would be great! Thank you in advanced!
