These frames took so long to arrive! In that time, I found something else. I wanted to support a Black a owned brand but they need to work out better logistics for USA customers by shipping within the US rather than shipping from Canada. Quality of items were fine! Best wishes.

Would rate you 'terrible' but I like your mission and basic approach. But, at least for me, Your system isn't working well at all. My glasses were ordered 2.5 weeks ago and still (according to your tracking link), have not even achieved the status of 'ready to ship'. I have no idea if I'll even ever get my order.... And I found ordering off your website to be nearly undoable, and even after many emails to your support team, it didn't get any easier.

Took forever to ship. I left more than one message asking when they would be shipped with no response.
