Horrible customer service. Product never rec’d, despite repeated attempts to resolve with customer service (shipment lost between warehouse & USPS). No accountability to customers.

Horrible. Zero response. You never answer your number, never reply to emails or calls. You sent our purchase well over a week lare even though we paid extra for expedited shipping g. Never received the band and you never sent us a receipt. And well over a month later you send a survey asking how you did when you can't even bother to address the fact that we never received our purchase!!! That must me a JOKE!!! We've reported you to our credit card company since you never contacted us with any solution!! You are deplorable and dishonest!

There has been no response to phone calls, emails to try and exchange the case I was sent for the correct size.
