I have emailed customer service

I have emailed customer service for a return 3 times over 11 days and haven’t gotten a single response. I just want to return my product. It doesn’t work with MagSafe (Apple brand) chargers. With the strap on it, the 12 mini can’t align on the magnetic circle.
