I got a shoddy product, how do you think i feel.

return is impossible

I have emailed customer service for a return 3 times over 11 days and haven’t gotten a single response. I just want to return my product. It doesn’t work with MagSafe (Apple brand) chargers. With the strap on it, the 12 mini can’t align on the magnetic circle.

I’ve sent two emails asking for a return. I will be contacting my credit card company and refusing payment

Horrible- arrived damaged, wrote company, no response.
