I still haven't received the order. Its been 13 days and still in transit

I never received my items. I have tried to contact the merchant four times (twice by email, once on Facebook, and once on Instagram).

I rated my review 1 star because I never received my refund for the unused product that was returned. It's been nearly 2 whole weeks since I returned the item however I have yet to receive the money that is owed to me. I have called the company as well as emailed but have received no correspondence.

Lack of customer service.

I wouldn’t recommend this company at all paid for return process and still wasn’t able to return unopen merchandise
