I wouldn’t recommend this company at all paid for return process and still wasn’t able to return unopen merchandise

Poor customer service with remediation of defective products.

Paid extra for 2-day shipping and it received a day and a half later than promised.

Purchased these as a friend recommended them to me. I used them ONE time and the strap broke the first time using it. Poor quality for the price. Wish they would replace it, after one use.

Order was supposed to arrive on 3/4/24. It’s 13 days later and I still don’t have them.
