Tights are nice, they're to dark. Received order 3 days after delivery date.

It should state that shoes are not true to size go up 2 or 3 sizes.

I bought the wrong size ballet shoes my daughter. So contacted customer service and then I had to submit photos of the item that I was returning. Then it took several weeks to get the green light to return the item. The item has now been returned and I am still waiting for a refund. Hopefully in the future, the process can be more faster.
