I bought the wrong size

I bought the wrong size ballet shoes my daughter. So contacted customer service and then I had to submit photos of the item that I was returning. Then it took several weeks to get the green light to return the item. The item has now been returned and I am still waiting for a refund. Hopefully in the future, the process can be more faster.

You may want to mention

You may want to mention that the shoe style has changed for the leather shoes whereas the old style had tie string attachment. The shoe overall fits different and I have bought 2 pairs of new ballet shoes from you all and the sizing is definitely inconsistent to the old style of shoe.

Not happy, requesting a refund. Awaiting response.

Sadly, I am not happy with the shoes I purchased. After my daughter danced in them for just a couple classes, one of the straps broke. ! Also, the appearance of the shoes after one week was just awful. The shoes looked like she had been dancing in them for a year or more after not even a full week. I dislike not being able to talk to an actual person when you call customer service. The voicemail literally says to email for a faster response. I had to show proof of the broken strap via a picture. The only thing I can say positive is, we didn''t have to wait long for delivery, and I did eventually get a response regarding requesting a replacement. But, the same day that I sent the pic, my daughter said she actually didn't even like the shoes, and the straps were not put on the shoe correctly. When you put them on they twist, and it bothered her when she danced.

Bad experience

My tights got a run in them the first day. And the leotard straps would not stay up. They had to continuously be readjusted
