Not happy, requesting a refund. Awaiting response.
Sadly, I am not happy with the shoes I purchased. After my daughter danced in them for just a couple classes, one of the straps broke. ! Also, the appearance of the shoes after one week was just awful. The shoes looked like she had been dancing in them for a year or more after not even a full week.
I dislike not being able to talk to an actual person when you call customer service. The voicemail literally says to email for a faster response.
I had to show proof of the broken strap via a picture.
The only thing I can say positive is, we didn''t have to wait long for delivery, and I did eventually get a response regarding requesting a replacement. But, the same day that I sent the pic, my daughter said she actually didn't even like the shoes, and the straps were not put on the shoe correctly. When you put them on they twist, and it bothered her when she danced.
