The delivery was rubbish

Hello, thanks for my order of a pair of boxer’s underwear, order no 2200. I have worn them for a day. To be honest I don’t like the fit. The waist size was perfect however the rest of the garment to my mind was too large. The material is very stretchy and in my opinion didn’t stretch enough to hold in place properly resulting in rucking up. If I was thin I could understand it but I’m 5ft 10”, weigh 10 1/2 stone with a waist 33”. If I could be so bold and suggest that you keep the waistband the same but make the garment smaller to allow the material to stretch more, this should allow them to stay in place with no rucking. I would also suggest you make the leg hem deeper (the same width as the waistband) with a double thickness. Double the thickness double the grip, this should keep the legs in place. I do like the fact the boxer’s are made in Portugal and not China. I am happy to pay a bit more for this. Hope this will help to improve your garment. Regards Alasdair.

T-shirts washed as per washing instructions on label. Shrunk at least a couple of sizes. See photo comparison of unwashed white large and washed green large . Also have a black one which shrank the same.
