Not delivered . Take to long

Not great have not received my order yet, been 2 weeks. Had to chase, was then offered a 10% discount code? Now received an email to give a review? Can’t review a product that I still don’t have!

I sent 3 emails about returning my underwear as they were to large, I was happy to exchange. It took them 4 days to respond even though they send they would respond within 24 hours. Disappointed they didn’t even mention about me exchanging them or how I could do it simply. So I have returned and had to pay for them to be sent back which was £8.50 for the 6 pairs. Not an experience that made me feel good that’s for sure.

Terrible customer service and poor website Underwear cheap and not very robust - holes within 3 months
