Terrible, the product never arrived

Terrible, the product never arrived and there was very little communication. When I eventually reached out I did not receive a reply for over 10 days and then the reply told me that the product was out of stock. I will never order from this company again

Still waiting for a refund

Waiting too long for refund. This was my second time ordering jeans from Judy blue the first pair was great so I decided to order a second pair a few weeks before Christmas. They arrived after Christmas. The description of the gene did not include that the length was far too long for someone who’s 5 foot two. I had to pay to have them shipped back I followed the tracking they were received. I had to reach out to the company because I did not receive a refund. They respond back several days later asking me if I want to receive another pair in a link this is just putting off the refund and not a fair way to do business. I will make sure to let everybody know how trying to get a refund from this company works. It’s terrible to date. I still have not received a refund and I’m reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau

Poor Customer Service-Correct Item Still not Received

Order: #330465 I placed an order on 11/26/24 for 3 pairs of jeans for my daughter for Christmas. I received a wrong pair and have been emailing and asking for the correct item to be shipped with no resolution nearly a month later. Customer Service is extremely poor. I will not be able to give my daughter her third pair of jeans for Christmas.
