I haven’t heard back from my inquiry to return. I tried to do it online, but I wasn’t getting a full refund and I had to pay to ship it back. That isn’t right when you get a bad item.

I have ordered several times and unfortunately this didn't work out. I returned these the same day I received them (American Blues charges around $9. 00 to return) and I still haven't received my refund. They were delivered a week ago and I emailed to get an update and I still haven't received a reply. The delay is frustrating as shipping is already extremely slow and then on top of it the refund is taking forever.

I ordered two of the same style and color, just in different sizes because I wasn’t sure which would fit. Both of them are so long, only a person on stilts can possibly wear them. I’m 5’9”, so that says a lot. They also sent different colors.

My exchange is still not picked up. Not so easy returns

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and still have not received my package. I have sent numerous emails and no response from customer service. I was suppose to receive it last week and it now says delivered to the returns agent in Florida. Terrible service.
