On Dec 23 I placed an order for the Witty midrise jeans and also the sunfaded mini flares . A couple weeks later I got an email saying the witty midrise was sold out and I received a refund . I’ve been waiting for the sunfaded mini flare to be delivered I emailed asking about it and was told they were being delivered the next day But the pair delivered was a different order . I sent another email asking about the sunfaded mini flare and they responded saying it was out of stock but I have not received any refund for that I have sent emails explaining this all and have received no response I’m currently owed a refund for the sunfaded mini flare I ordered on Dec 23!!!

The shipping information changed on their end and I was never notified. When I questioned my order status and inquired about receiving a refund because the shipping information I had said the seller canceled my order acted like I was lying. It was a very stressful situation and I will never order from them again.

Almost 3 weeeks out and never received my purchase. They sure received my money though. I can get no help from them despite multiple attempts. Besides canned responses, all I’ve gotten is “sorry you’re disappointed. ” And then telling me I could return SOMETHING I NEVER RECEIVED for a refund. My next step is the BBB and disputing with my bank.

I ordered jeans, they did not fit, I returned them, still no refund or response after 5 follow up emails! I will never order again from here

The pants are way too big and I tried to return them according to the online instructions but they were never picked up for return.
