I have returned item that did not fit and I have emailed multiple times because package was received by y’all last week per tracking. My only question was when can I expect refund but no emails have been answered thus far. Not a good way to conduct business.

They shipped me the wrong 2nd pair of jeans and I am still waiting to receive the 2nd pair! Took multiple emails just to get response to resolve the issue.
