I ordered 2 pairs of jeans I only received 1 pair and the other I had to return and I have yet to receive any reimbursement or the second pair

I order my jeans and after a week I still didn’t have a delivery date . I called to only to be give average processing and delivery times. When it was passed time for them to be delivered to hear they were out of stock? 🤨

One pair of jeans was out of stock, switched them to a different pair of jeans, then those jeans ended up being out of stock. At that point I opted for a refund. I still have not gotten my refund or an email back.

After receiving my order and trying on the item, they didn't fit so I initiated a return and sent the item back. I was never credited back the money I was owed! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I now have to dispute this charge with my credit card company. Never again with American Blues.

Order 2 pairs of jeans 12/30/24, shipping label created 01/03/25 but still haven’t shipped. Reached out TWICE via email with no response will be calling today!
