Horrible!!

Ordered the same size pants I always wear from this brand and the ones that came didn’t fit right. Instead of a refund I had to get store credit and order more stuff I don’t want. So I’ll be losing out on the initial amount or have to spend more to use the store credit.

Still waiting on a response about a return that was shipped back but still not credited. It has been over a week since I contacted you. The tracking number states it was delivered.

So many issues, where to start…first, the products take at least 3 weeks to ship. Look online, you’ll see consistent complaints of this. Next, there’s not way to speak to a human (voicemail is full, social media sends canned messages telling you to email them) so you have to rely on emails to which they don’t respond to for days. Was told misinformation and they ignored my request to cancel the order before it was shipped. Of the two items I ordered (to which they took my money for both), one was out of stock and I didn’t get that money back for 3 weeks. I received the other item (though I requested they cancel my order) and requested a return. They sent me instructions to do so and the only way to return was to pay a return shipping fee. Once the item was picked up by FedEx, they then email me to tell me I didn’t use the free return label they sent me AFTER I had already sent it back. I guess I can suck up the $8 I paid to return their item to never have to deal with this company again but I’ll never get back the hours of frustration I dealt with or the fact that they held onto to my money for weeks.
