Did an exchange over 3 weeks ago, still have not received new Jean size. Return was accepted.

I never received my refund for the 80$ jeans I returned but I was charged an additional amount to return them.

When a company offers no refund to original payment on returns it says they have trouble getting sales. I was going to keep 2 out of three articles of my order but now will keep amd resale all 3. Apparently I’m a better salesperson than this company. I will not order again and will make sure people understand you refund policy is no refund. I’m not sure what the extra assurance for refund I paid for gets me.

I ordered according to my measurements, out of 4 pairs, nothing fit. I followed the return process which cost an additional 24 dollars and I have not received my money back. I am owed over 200 dollars.
