My recent order #374076 Fed X 288948550011 has still not gotten to me and still shows is UT! I paid express to get it quicker! Help

Very unhappy that I should have not assumed they still had the same return policy from a couple years ago. Now you not only have to pay for return shipping which I was fine with but there are no refunds and jeans are too hard to try to fit with that kind of return policy. I am out almost 300. 0 dollars and 5 pairs of jeans that do not fit. Done with this company, hard and expensive lesson.

Loved the jeans, bought my usual size that I wear but they were too small, returned for refund because they were sold out. No refund yet
